"Send the Game onto a friend to be in with a chance to win an official Highlander Broadsword". THIS COMPETITION IS NOW CLOSED.

  1. This promotion is open to all UK residents. 
  2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
  3. Only one entry per person.
  4. The promoter is Momentum Pictures, 2nd Floor, 184-192 Drummond Street, London NW1 3HP.
  5. No purchase necessary. To enter, log on to www.highlanderthesource.co.uk and follow the instructions on how to register to enter.  You will be required to enter your email address.
  6. Entries must not be sent through agents or third parties; any such entries will be invalid.
  7. By entering the promotion you automatically agree to highlanderthesource.co.uk's Privacy Policy, which is deemed to form part of these terms and conditions.  
  8. The closing date for entries for the draw is at midnight on Thursday, 7th February 2008.
  9. The winners will be selected at random under the supervision of an independent person.
  10. The winners' names will be available from the promoter Momentum Pictures Momentum Pictures, 2nd Floor, 184-192 Drummond Street, London NW1 3HP after the Thursday, 7th February 2008 for 14 days.
  11. The winner will receive one official Highlander broadsword in a presentation case. No cash or other alternative in part or full will be offered in lieu of the specified prizes. Prizes are not transferable and are non-refundable.  If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason the promoter reserves the right to replace it with one of equal value.
  12. A maximum number of one official Highlander broadsword will be available.
  13. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these terms and conditions and entry into the promotion is deemed to signify acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  14. The promoter can accept no responsibility for, and reserves the right to refuse, entries which are corrupt, incomplete, illegible, lost or damaged or fail to arrive by the closing date and time.  The promoter accepts no responsibility for any transmission, communication, network, computer hardware or software failure or error of any kind affecting the sending, receipt or logging of entries to the promotion.
  15. The promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. The prize winners will be contacted by email confirmation within 24 hours of the draw date.
  17. The winners must supply the promoter with a postal address so that the prize can be posted to you. This address will not be passed on to any third party.
  18. In the event that the winner does not supply us with a postal address to send the prize to within 14 days of our notifying him/her of his/her win, highlanderthesource.co.uk reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly selected valid entry (and the same acceptance period, as provided for in these terms and conditions, will apply).
  19. The prize will be sent to the winner by Royal Mail and the promoter is not responsible for lost or late receipt of the prize.
  20. The winner may be requested to take part in publicity.
  21. The terms and conditions of any third party supplier will apply to the prize where applicable.
  22. Under no circumstances will the promoter be liable for any loss or damage which entrants may suffer as a result of or in connection with entry into the promotion and/or winning the prize, except for death or personal injury arising from their negligence (as applicable).
  23. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
  24. The promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or cancel the promotion and/or these terms and conditions without prior notice.
  25. The promoter may at any time assign, transfer or novate these terms and conditions (or all or any of its rights or obligations under these terms and conditions) to a third party without an entrant's consent.  These terms and conditions are personal to entrants and entrants may not assign, transfer or novate these terms and conditions (or all or any of their rights or obligations under these terms and conditions) to a third party.

User Content Uploaded to Site

  1. You are solely responsible for the photos, information, and other content that you upload, publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on or through the Service or the Site, or transmit to or share with other users (collectively the "User Content").
  2. You may not post, transmit, or share User Content on the Site or Service that you did not create or that you do not have permission to post.
  3. You understand and agree that the Company may, but is not obligated to, review the Site and may delete or remove (without notice) any Site Content or User Content in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, including User Content that in the sole judgment of the Company violates this Agreement or the Terms and Conditions, or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of users or others.
